Do we have a cancellation Policy?
Yes we charge a late cancellation fee because short-notice cancellations leave us with gaps that are difficult to fill, impacting our ability to serve other customers and cover our time. This fee helps us keep our scheduling fair and our business running smoothly.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
Cancellations made via email to info@auraautoelectrical.com.au or (07) 54913191 sooner than 24 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
